ICG’s Managing Director Meets Prime Ministers Cameron and Abbott

Tom Laidlaw, ICG’s Managing Director, took the opportunity to meet global leaders who are both actively promoting major infrastructure projects.  At an Infrastructure Business Breakfast, hosted by Infrastructure Partnerships Australia (IPA), Tom spoke with David Cameron, the United Kingdom’s Prime Minister and Tony Abbott, Australia’s Prime Minister.

With Prime Minister Cameron’s keen interest in infrastructure investment in Britain, it was a good opportunity for Tom to provide some personal insight into some of the UK infrastructure investments that he advised on during his career, namely UK airports and gas transmission assets.

The opportunity to engage Prime Minister Cameron and Prime Minister Abbott, at this forum is an example of ICG’s ongoing commitment to broadening its relationship network via membership to organisations such as IPA.
