ICG Appoints Two Analysts

ICG is pleased to announce that two new analysts, Daniel Beaver and Joyce Lai, have joined the firm. Daniel and Joyce will be based in the ICG Sydney office, where they will report to John Clarke.

Daniel Beaver previously spent three and a half years with ANZ Bank in the Natural Resources Group, where he supported transactions, across corporate debt, project finance, acquisition finance, leasing, trade finance, commodity and foreign exchange hedging. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), successfully completed the Level 3 CFA exam and is currently undertaking a Masters of Commercial Law at Melbourne University.

Joyce Lai previously spent two and a half years with Morgan Stanley in the Power, Utilities and Renewables corporate finance team, focusing on a range of transactions, including acquisitions, private placements and equity/debt financing. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Joyce worked in equities research at RBS, covering the oil and gas sector. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours in Finance) degree from the University of New South Wales.

Both will support the investment and portfolio management activities of the wider ICG team, with a particular focus on assisting with the maintenance of the EIT and DIT asset and portfolio valuation models.
